Before You Begin
We are pleased to offer our products to insurance brokers who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. We can also work with insurance brokers outside UK who are authorised by a local regulator. If you require on-account facilities and brokerage, you must be registered as an Event Assured Partner Broker, so before you proceed:

How This Site Works For Brokers
This site is a full cycle EDI site, not just a data capture device. Using this site you can:
- enter details of your client and their event, to obtain event insurance quotations
- "bind on-line" and receive the certificate by e mail in minutes
- put the invoice on your account
- save partially completed forms, return later and submit the finished form for a quote
- copy a previous quote to "easy repeat" an event or client
- review all saved incomplete forms
- view the status of all your event insurance quotes
What Can This Site Do?
Event Assured On-Line is one of the range of Event Assured products underwritten on a binding authority by Beazley Syndicate at Lloyd's, which can accept large and small events with a turnover/budget from £1,000 to £10,000,000.
This web site is currently able to provide quotes for events :
- Event Cancellation/Disruption - total revenue or expenditure up to £500,000
- All Risks Property values up to £100,000
- Employers Liability cover of £10,000,000
- Public Liability cover up to £10,000,000
- also available in € or $
What Else Do I need to Know?
- If you enter sums above these figures, the quote is referred to our office, where higher levels of cover are available.
- The site will give quotes for a wide range of event types, but some event types will be referred to our office for underwriting.
- We have premium risk transfer for all insurance sold on this web site, although at present we cannot cascade this.
